How do I turn on photo access?
During setup, tap Find Games in My Photo Library. To change it later, open Settings and tap Scrapbook Photo Library Access. If you already chose a permission, this opens iOS Settings. You can give full or limited access, or turn access off.
How does Fanarchy match my photos to games?
Fanarchy uses the time and location saved with each photo to find photos within about 500 meters of a stadium on your iPhone. It sends photo identifiers, timestamps, and stadium details to its servers to match them to games, usually from the morning of game day until a few hours after the game ends. At MLB games, your photos are also grouped by the play on the field. With photo access on, Fanarchy can check for new game photos as your library changes.
Why didn't a photo match a game?
Usually the photo has no location saved (location was off, or it's a screenshot or a saved image), or it was taken outside the game window, like at a bar after the game. You can add any photo to a game yourself.
Can I add photos to a game myself?
Yes. Open the game, go to My Photos, and tap Add Photos.
Do I have to share my whole photo library?
No. With limited access, Fanarchy only looks at the photos you pick. You can also match a single photo: in MLB game search, tap the camera button.
Are my photos uploaded?
Photo and video files from your library stay on your iPhone unless you choose to share them. Fanarchy sends photo identifiers, timestamps, and stadium details to its servers to match games, and saves photo metadata with your account. To share a game's photos, open My Photos, tap Share in the banner, then confirm Share Link. Anyone with the link can view them. Sharing stays on for that game, including new visible photos, until you choose Stop sharing photos from the ⋯ menu and confirm Stop Sharing. Photos you post or use on your profile are also uploaded.
How do I add a game I went to or watched?
In My Fandom, tap Add Past Game and search for it. Open the game, tap Add to Scrapbook, and choose I was there or I watched.
How do I remove a game from my scrapbook?
Open the game, tap the ⋯ button next to Who Saw It, and choose Remove from scrapbook. Fanarchy won't add it back from your photos.
What counts toward my win-loss record?
Your win-loss record, game count, and ballparks count only the games you were at: games you marked I was there, plus games with your photos unless you marked them I watched. Games you watched still go in your scrapbook. They just don't count toward those numbers.
